Shipping, taxes, returns, etc

SHIPPING: Your print will be despatched in a protective postal tube using Royal Mail tracked services which require a signature on receipt by you. Delivery usually within one week (UK) and up to 10 days for the rest of the world.

SALES AND OTHER TAXES: The price charged by us for the prints in most cases falls below thresholds for taxes and duties on receipt in overseas territories but please check your local position BEFORE ordering, especially where multiple prints are purchased in one transaction. Such taxes and duties are not collected by us and remain your responsibility. Prints held by local customs authorities may be delayed in transit beyond the delivery estimates given above.

RETURNS: We will of course replace your print if it arrives damaged. We may at our discretion ask you to return the print/packaging including postal documentation to us or submit photos or other evidence of its condition before a refund is applied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
